Navigating the fast-paced world of technology public relations while raising three kids is no small feat—but Ronjini Joshua makes it work. As the owner of a boutique PR firm with 20 years in the industry, she’s built a career helping tech brands tell their stories, launch products, and connect with customers. Her journey from agency employee to business owner is a story of resilience, adaptability, and finding balance.
An Accidental Entrepreneur
Ronjini didn’t set out to become an entrepreneur. “I was an accidental entrepreneur,” she shared. “Being very Type A, I was working at a big agency where I wasn’t doing much. My need to stay busy got me into freelancing for brands that couldn’t afford big agency services, and I grew the business organically from there.” That drive to stay productive and push boundaries led her to launch her own PR firm 13 years ago.
Introversion in a Social Career
Working in PR means constant communication, something Ronjini has learned to manage as an introvert. “It’s pretty exhausting to have to speak with people face to face for a large part of the day, when I prefer to be behind the scenes,” she admitted. Over time, she realized the toll this took and made recharging a priority. Whether it’s outdoor runs or quiet moments away from the digital world, she’s found ways to balance the demands of work and life.
I try to manage stress by getting away from technology and communication during my time off.
Lessons in Sustainability and Self-Care
Ronjini’s biggest lesson has been recognizing where she thrives and how to design a life around it. Living in Hawaii, she’s intentional about separating work from personal time. “I try to manage stress by getting away from technology and communication during my time off. Finding the ways that recharge you the most effectively is highly critical to establishing a lifestyle that is sustainable and happy,” she explained.

Building a Dream Life
For Ronjini, the dream life means blending creativity, sustainability, and family. “The more I’m in front of technology, the more I want to be away from it,” she reflected. She envisions a future of living off the land, helping others create sustainable lives, and passing on those values to her children.
What It Means to Be an Introverted DreamHer
Being an Introverted DreamHer means embracing your strengths, setting boundaries, and building a life that honors your personal and professional goals. Ronjini’s journey shows that even in a high-pressure field, it’s possible to thrive while staying true to yourself.
