The first two weeks of my documented visibility journey have been nothing short of amazing. Over this short time, Iโve hosted three events: a virtual networking event and two workshops. The results have exceeded my expectations. Iโm excited to share the progress Iโve made and what Iโve learned along the way.
Reaching New Audiences
Between my networking event and workshops, approximately 400 individuals registered to attend. To break it down, 200 signed up for the Introvert Women Connecting Event. 155 registered for the first Unlock Your Unique Visibility Workshop, and 60 registered for the second session. Whatโs even more exciting is that the majority of these people had never heard of me or my brand before.
How did I get so many people to register?
Well, I posted the events on Eventbrite and invested in paid advertising to reach a broader audience. I also made sure that my event titles were crystal clear about who they were for. This clarity played a huge role in attracting the right participants. Having a targeted approach ensured that the people who signed up felt the event was tailored to their needs.
Thatโs 400 warm leads brought into my business within just two weeks. These registrations represent a significant step forward in my visibility journey, as getting in front of new audiences is a major focus for me this year.

Attracting and Nurturing Leads
Attracting 400 new leads is an incredible milestone, but I know that it is just the first step. To truly make an impact and grow my business, I need to nurture these connections and guide them toward becoming loyal supporters or clients. Fortunately, I have a strategy in place for this.
Through follow-up email series, engaging content, and consistent value-driven communication, Iโm working to keep these leads warm and engaged. My goal is to build relationships over time that naturally lead to conversions.
This process is all about creating trust and demonstrating how my work can support them. Whether theyโre looking for resources, community, or direct services, I want them to feel confident that I am here to help.
Learning from My Audience
One of the highlights of hosting these workshops was hearing directly from the attendees about their visibility challenges, strengths, and goals. During the sessions, I asked participants to share what holds them back from being visible and what they hope to achieve with their businesses. The insights they provided were eye-opening and invaluable.
Iโll be analyzing this data in the coming weeks to determine how I can better serve my audience. Whether itโs through new workshops, events, or content, I want to create resources that address their specific needs and help them overcome their challenges. This feedback is helping me shape my plans for the rest of the year. Iโm excited to see where it leads.
The Power of Workshops and Events
I started hosting virtual events in May 2024. I’ve since discovered that this is a powerful tool for increasing visibility and connecting with my audience. They not only allow me to provide value and build relationships but also create opportunities to share more about my brand and services.
The feedback Iโve received so far has been incredibly encouraging, and Iโm confident that continuing to host these types of events will play a key role in growing my audience this year.
Moving Forward
While the past two weeks have been filled with excitement and progress, theyโve also been a reminder of the importance of balance. Hosting multiple events in a short period requires a lot of energy. So Iโve made it a priority to set aside time for rest and recharging. This balance is essential for maintaining sustainability and continuing to show up for my community.
As I reflect on these initial results, Iโm filled with gratitude and motivation to keep going. The progress Iโve made so far has reinforced my belief that visibility can be achieved in a way that feels authentic and aligned with who I am.
Iโm looking forward to building on this momentum and sharing more of my journey with you in the weeks to come.
