After 25 years in corporate America, Rosalind Price knew she was ready for something more personal. She needed something that allowed her to serve people not just as professionals, but as whole humans. She had spent over a decade as a senior advisor and change consultant, helping leaders and project teams navigate massive transformations.
But what she saw behind the scenes was deeper than corporate strategy. It was people struggling to lead and function while quietly carrying grief, loss, and personal upheaval.
That’s when Rosalind made the leap. She expanded her consulting business and stepped fully into her mission, becoming a Transitions Strategist and Grief Coach. Her work now centers around helping people move through life’s biggest shifts with clarity, peace, and a plan to define their next chapter on their own terms.
Through her signature framework, Mind The Transitions™, Rosalind supports clients with holistic strategies that address the emotional, mental, and practical sides of change. The framework gives structure while honoring individuality because as she puts it, the person going through the transition is the expert on their life. Rosalind simply helps them see the path forward.
Your introverted approach to life is, in fact, a gift.
Owning Her Superpower
Although she describes herself as an outgoing introvert, Rosalind has learned to fiercely protect her need for solitude and restoration. That quiet space is where she finds wisdom, focus, and the energy to show up fully for her work. It’s where she becomes a better listener and observer which are skills that are essential to the deep, intentional coaching she provides.
Being an introvert, she says, doesn’t hold her back. It’s actually one of the greatest reasons she’s able to do this work so effectively. “Your introverted approach to life is, in fact, a gift,” she says. “If more people spent time in introversion, we’d all feel less overwhelmed and more at ease.”
Creating a Grief-Aware World
Rosalind’s dream life is already unfolding. She’s currently partnering with professionals, including financial advisors and firms, to help them increase their awareness of grief and build better support systems for their clients. She’s working toward a more grief-intelligent society, one where people feel equipped and supported during times of transition, rather than left to navigate the unknown alone.
And while she’s leading this important work professionally, she’s also showing up for herself. She’s recommitting to her physical fitness, deepening her personal relationships, and continuing to live in alignment with the quiet, powerful world she’s created for herself as an introvert.
Advice to Other Quiet Dreamers
For introverted women building their own dream lives, Rosalind offers this: “Be you fully.” Don’t let a world that thrives on noise convince you that your way of being is wrong. The more we embrace our introversion, the more ease, clarity, and connection we bring into the world.
