For Lynda Leonce, founder of Live From YOUR Truth in Nary, North Carolina, her business began as a personal quest. โThrough my own desire to heal and liberate myself from my limiting mentality and emotional states; I searched for deeper meaning in my life,โ she explains.
That search began in her twenties, when she immersed herself in the teachings of Eckhart Tolle. Over the years, she expanded her learning through the work of Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and most recently RJ Spina, whose teachings had a profound impact on her. Along the way, she became a certified Conscious Life & Parenting Coach.
โMetaphysical teachings have most profoundly impacted my life. They have brought me back to the truth of who I am, of who we all are.โ
Itโs such a joy and a privilege to see and experience others transform for themselves, moving beyond the perceived limitations in their lives.
Turning Personal Growth Into Service
As Lynda freed herself from old mindsets and emotional states, she realized her deepest calling was to help others do the same. โWhat moves me most is to be able to empower other women like me to tune in and see how they can do this for themselves.โ
Through her book and one-on-one sessions, Lynda shares practices and insights that worked for her in her own journey. She is intentional about reminding clients that itโs not about blindly following her words.
โIt is about tuning in to what resonates from within them and not blindly going with what I say.โ
Her greatest joy is seeing transformation unfold in others: โItโs such a joy and a privilege to see and experience others transform for themselves, moving beyond the perceived limitations in their lives.โ
Redefining Introversion
For much of her life, Lynda identified as an introvert. But now, she sees that label differently. โIโm not a fan of labels. I spent most of my life identified with being an introvert but I can honestly say that I’m more than that.โ
What remains constant, however, is her inspiration to support other women in embodying their truth and authenticity.
A Milestone of Self-Knowledge
When asked about the milestone sheโs most proud of, Lynda doesnโt name an external achievement. Instead, she reflects on something deeply personal: โI have gotten to a place in my life where I know myself more than I ever have before.โ
That self-knowledge, cultivated over years of study and self-work, now guides her mission to help others reconnect with their truest selves.
