From Teaching to Team Building
Sammy didn’t start in the online world. She was a teacher first. But like many introverts, she found her sweet spot working behind the scenes, where she could still make a powerful impact without being front and center. Today, she manages a team and helps clients build streamlined, sustainable businesses that leave room for life outside of work.
Taking big leaps hasn’t always come naturally for her, but stepping outside her comfort zone has paid off. “One accomplishment I’m proud of is taking the leap and putting myself out there to do collaborations,” Sammy says. “I never thought I’d get the experiences I’ve had, but you don’t get anything if you don’t ask.” (We’ll be putting that one on a sticky note.)
Quiet Strengths, Deep Loyalty
Like many introverts, Sammy is thoughtful about how she uses her energy. That includes being selective about how many meetings she takes and staying true to what feels good for her. But instead of seeing that as a limitation, she sees it as a superpower.
“It allows me to be loyal to my clients and really get to know them on a personal level,” she explains. That kind of connection is rare, and it’s what makes her team stand out.
A Dream Life with Dogs, Dirt, and Zero Zoom Calls
Sammy’s dream life isn’t filled with back-to-back meetings or airport lounges. It’s much simpler and honestly, way more peaceful. “My perfect dream life would be living on a farm that someone else took care of,” she laughs, “with a personal chef… spending days outside exploring with my kids, the animals, and my 50 dogs that I rescued.” Sign us up, please.
If we don’t take time to recharge between these things, it can really wear us down.

Sammy’s advice to other introverted women chasing big dreams? Don’t forget about you. “We often find we have to do things that drain us and make us uncomfortable,” she says. “If we don’t take time to recharge between these things, it can really wear us down.” (Cue the gentle reminder to close your laptop and take a breath.)
