A Busy Start to the Year

The month of January brings a mix of excitement and overwhelm for me. As I dive into my visibility journey, I’ve set ambitious goals for this month, and I’m both anxious and eager to see the results of my hard work. Next week is a big one, with two events on my calendar that I’m incredibly excited about—but also preparing for with intention and care.

Kicking Off the Year with Connection

On Tuesday, January 7th, I’ll be hosting the first Introverted Women Connecting event of the year. This virtual meetup is a space where women can build relationships and network in a supportive, judgment-free environment. It’s one of my favorite events to host because it’s not just about creating connections for others—it also helps me introduce myself and my Building Her Dream brand to a new audience.

While we do have repeat attendees, most of the participants are people who have never heard of my brand before. This is intentional. I’ve designed this event as a kind of lead magnet, offering value while growing awareness of Building Her Dream.

Last year’s meetups were incredibly successful, with great turnouts and meaningful conversations. I’m looking forward to continuing these events and meeting even more amazing women this year.

Helping Introverts Find Their Visibility Sweet Spot

On Thursday, January 9th, I’ll be hosting my Unlock Your Unique Visibility Workshop. This workshop is all about helping introverts discover visibility strategies that align with their personalities and strengths. So much of the marketing advice out there assumes that everyone thrives in the same ways, but that’s simply not true—especially for introverts.

Sustainability is key for introverts when it comes to visibility. If we try to follow approaches that drain us or feel inauthentic, we’re unlikely to stick with them. That’s why this workshop focuses on helping attendees identify what works best for them.

I’ve found methods that feel right for me, and I’m excited to share my insights while learning from the feedback of participants. It’s always rewarding to see how different strategies resonate with different people.

Balancing Energy and Recharging

Having these two events in the same week is definitely a lot, and I know it will require careful energy management. As much as I enjoy hosting and connecting, I also recognize the importance of setting aside time to recharge afterward.

For me, balance is essential—and I’ll be leaning into my own advice to make sure I’m taking care of myself while showing up for my community.

Looking Ahead

January is just the beginning of this journey, but it’s already shaping up to be a month of growth, connection, and learning.

I’m excited to share my reflections and results with you in my next post. If you’re attending either of these events, I can’t wait to see you there. And if not, I hope you’ll follow along as I document this experience—the highs, the challenges, and everything in between.

Here’s to starting the year with intention and taking the first steps toward authentic visibility!
